She was predeceased by : her husband Charles G. Avery; and her sisters, Rosemarie Helminak (late Stanley), Lorraine Kulik (late Richard) and Christine Lis (late Roger). She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy Ciesla, Sr. (Michael) and Janice Quiett; her grandchildren, Michael (Ryan), Charles (Kristina), Jeffrey, Todd, GiGi of Matthew and Jethro; and her sister Esther Kozlowski (late Casey).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolores honor may be made to Roswell Park or Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church.
