He was predeceased by: his siblings, Olga Coury, James Michael, Joseph Michael and Sophie Kammash. He is survived by: his wife Constance Michael; his children, Terry Collins (George) and James Michael; his grandsons, Christopher Safulko (Lydia) and Andrew Safulko (Jamie); his stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Aiden Pursel, Maxwell, Kayla Collins and Bennett Collins; his great grandchildren, Henry and Alma Safulko; and his brother-in-law Charles Wells. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
