She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Balicki; her parents, Anthony Billittier and Elizabeth Billittier (DePlato); and her siblings, Ninfa Ambrose (late Frank), Josephine Federici (late Carmen), Christine Obstarczak (late Joseph), Joseph Billittier (late Isabel), Anthony Billittier II (late Sara) and Louis Billittier (late Ann).

She is survived by: her children, Veronica "Ronnie" McQuade (Thomas), Charles Balicki (Kathleen) and Richard Balicki (Dena); her grandchildren, Maria McQuade, Kimberly Balicki, Lisa DiFrancesco (Joe), Deborah Balicki (Patrick Zicari), Marissa Balicki (Ryan Lanternier) and Ashley Balicki; and her brother Frank Billittier (late Dorie).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Teresa's Church Renovation Fund, 1974 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14210, Mrs. Balicki was a Blue Bird Leader, an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan, a fantastic cook and gardener and washed and ironed Mgsr.
