As Florence departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Florence may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Florence leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Catherine Duringer, Jean Merkling and Arlene Clifford. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Jackson (Bob Topka), Bill Grey (Joanne Mailhoit) and Sandie Doran (George); and her grandchildren, Kevin Jackson and Dana Russell (Aaron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Teresa's Church (1974 Seneca St, Buffalo, NY 14210).
