He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lipka and Esther Lipka (Downey). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lipka (Isch); his children, Steven Lipka Sr. (Susan) and Christine Brooks; his grandchildren, Steven Jr., Jessica Lipka, Briana Brooks (Evan Dietz) and Brian Brooks; and his sister Patricia Cwick (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
