He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie (Zyglis); his child Ryan Hunter; his parents, Dolores Hunter (Mullen) and Robert Hunter; his parents-in-law, Richard and Dolores Zyglis; his siblings, Patricia Hunter and Corey Hunter (Renee); his brother-in-law Ronald Zyglis (Jacquie); his nieces and nephews, Elliott Hunter (Sierra), Marissa Wapniewski (Bryan), Nicholas Hunter (Adriana), Jason Zyglis (Michelle), Eric Zyglis (Beth), Jordan Zyglis and Sarah Tuttle; and his close friends, Gerri, Brian (Ali) and Kelly Higgins. He was also cherished by great-nieces and nephews, uncles, cousins and many lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home Inc. (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 700 Pine Ridge Terrace, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.
