It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert C. Lingle Sr. of Orchard Park, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Herbert Lingle Jr. (late Linda); his grandfather George; his parents, Carl Lingle and Bertha Lingle (Nee Haskell); and his siblings, Sharon Inglefinger and Harvey Lingle.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lingle; his children, Christine Carlos, Laura Lingle (Andrew), Deplato and Scott Lingle Sr. (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Bompa of Sara, Shane, Spencer, Scott Jr., Christopher, Solei, Nicholas, Alexander, Willow, Warren, Sandra, Pat-Rice, Angela, Justin and Jarrod; his sister Judy Obrochta (late Anthony); and his brother-in-law James "Horns" Remery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Herb's memory to the Tunnels to Towers foundation.
