She is survived by: her son James Schimek (Amber); her grandson Joseph; and her siblings, Marcus McDermott (Robin), Deborah Greiner (William), Margaret Pontlitz (Kevin), Theresa McDermott and Patricia McDermott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
