She is survived by: her children, Kristy Dulak (Kevin Boyer) and Paul Dulak (Sarah); her grandchildren, Olivia and Jack Dulak; and her siblings, Carol Heidinger and Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
