He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Bouquard (Christa); his parents, John "Eggsie" Bouquard and Gertrude "Gert" Bouquard (Quigley); and his sisters, Trudy Lombardo and Mary Gert Bouquard.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Sekelsky); his sons, Michael (Lesley) and Kevin (April); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Margret, Brendan, Lennox, Molly, Jack, Samuel and Amelia; his sisters, Joan Phillips (late Gus) and Patricia Ann Speranza (Joe); and his sister-in-law Mary Sekelsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the V.A.M.C Buffalo.
