He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Brzezicki and John M. Brzezicki Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Julie (George Zittel); and his children, Lisa (PJ), Lori (Caleb), John (Peggy), Lynda (Tim) and Leslie (Michael). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
