He is survived by: his children, John Basile, Jr. (Cathryn), Shirley Zimpfer (David) and AnnMarie Basile; his grandchildren, David Honsberger, Joseph Honsberger (Lauren), Anthony Basile, Justin Zimpfer, Evan Basile-Calhoon and Christian Basile-Calhoon; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Mae, Peyton Elizabeth and Griffin Joseph Honsberger.
