It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Pitillo of Orchard Park, New York, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John R. Pitillo to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John R. Pitillo and Marie Pitillo (Gugino); and his brother Ronald Pitillo. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Pitillo; his children, Peter Pitillo (Pamela), Susan Schaefer (late Michael), Lori Ann Chiodo (late Paul), Diane Pitillo, Gregory Pitillo, Nancy Jones (Matthew) and Jeffrey Pitillo (Kirsten); and his siblings, Sharon Simmons (Lanny) and Michael Pitillo (Joan). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo of St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
