He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Dulak and Agnes Dulak (Jarnot). He is survived by: his wife Joan Dulak (Heidinger); his children, Kristy (Kevin Boyer) and Paul Dulak (Sarah); his grandchildren, Olivia and Jack; and his siblings, Lucille Moody (Tem) and Michael Dulak (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
