He was predeceased by: his spouse Roseanne Ciancio; his parent Vincente Ciancio; and his sibling George Ciancio. He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Catanese (Phillip), Lisa Ciancio and James Ciancio (Nicole); his grandchildren, Amanda Cooper (Kent), Alyssa Pearce, Teddy Ciancio, Nicholas Ciancio and Cate Cooper; his great grandchildren, Chase Cooper and Ava Cooper; his parent Teresa Ciancio; and his siblings, Teresa Evaldi, Elaine Camillo, Rose Evaldi, Rocco Russo and Ralph Russo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Vianney Church, 2950 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park, on Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church.) In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's memory to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
