He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Elizabeth Maxwell; his parents, Maximus Maxwell and Mary Maxwell (Mungovan); and his brothers, Edmund Maxwell (late Leona "Lee") and Charles Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Maxwell, Lawrence "Larry" Maxwell and Sheila McGlynn (Mark); his grandchildren, Anna Ratner (James Baker), Michelle Maxwell, Ashley Maxwell, Laurie Maxwell, Kelsey (Kamy Bodaghi), Daniel McGlynn and Matthew McGlynn; his great grandchild Nilou Bodaghi; and his sister Jeanne Maxwell.
A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Nativity of Our Lord Church (26 Thorn Ave, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
