He was predeceased by: his wives, Alice Strobele (Dudas) and Sue Strobele (Gilbert); his children, Joseph W. Strobele, Jr., Karen Lewis and Brian Strobele (Jesica); and his sister Clara Strasser (late Ed).
He is survived by: his girlfriend Maria Klaskala; and his children, Sue Giambrone (George), Cheryl Kane (Jim), Debbie Strobele, David Strobele, Lori Kmidowski (Eugene), Shelley Lillis (David) and Michael J. Strobele. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1140 Abbott Rd, Buffalo, NY 14220.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Bishop Timon High School and or the Alzheimer's Society.
