With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael J. Colmerauer of Orchard Park, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Colmerauer and Angeline Colmerauer (Sabato); and his brother Mark Colmerauer (Joanne). He is survived by : his wife Karen Colmerauer (Kaiser); his daughter Catherine Shick (Daniel); his grandchildren, Lily and Allie; his siblings, Susan Polvino (John) and Matthew Colmerauer (Nicole); his mother-in-law Frances Kaiser (late William); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn McDonnell (Charles "CJ"), Bill Kaiser (Kathryn) and Bob Kaiser (Laura). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Peter and Paul Church (66 E Main St, Hamburg, NY 14075).
