He was predeceased by: his father Robert Burka. He is survived by: his children, Cory Burka and Kimberlee Burka; his mother Lucille Burka; his siblings, James Burka, Edward Burka (Karen) and Marie Fisher (Kevin Sr.); his siblings' children, Jessica (Jacob), Brandon, Renae, Alaina and Kevin Jr.; his great-niece Madelyn; and his close friend Ann Burka.
