Msgr. William was predeceased by: parents, William J. Gallagher and Elizabeth Gallagher (Pfeiffer); and brother Joseph Patrick (Paulette). Msgr. William is survived by: siblings, Robert (Karen), James (Mary Beth), Stephen V. (Ginny), Therese Pitrelli (David), Ann Laudisio (Matt), Patricia "Trish" Casillo (Patrick), Mark Gallagher (Linda) and John Michael Gallagher (Kathleen). Msgr. William is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
