He is survived by: his spouse Kaleigh Skrok; his child Deklan; his father Jason; his sibling Makaylah M. Skrok; his parents-in-law, Kevin and Jill O'Sullivan; his brother-in-law Kevin O'Sullivan Jr.; his grandfather David; his uncles, Eric Skrok (Tabitha), Phillip Clotfelter (Dawn) and William Clotfelter (Annmarie); and his aunt Dawn Kowalczyk (John). He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
