He was predeceased by: his wife Erika Krawczyk (Gosa). He is survived by: his cousins, Conrad Lesniak (Bertha) and Martin Wojciechowski (Carol); and his close friends, Kurtis, Debra Barr, Anthony and Rita Marinaro.
