He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Bugman (McMahon); his parents, Robert Bugman and Ann "Sis" Bugman (Truscott); and his siblings, William Bugman (Patty Yetter) and Ann Bugman (late James).
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Hurley (Tom), Colleen James (Randy), Christine Bugman (Jeff Borer) and Daniel Bugman (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Keith, Katie, Lauren, Emily Hurley, Caden, Cody, Jackson James, Ryan, Carolyn, Timothy O'Keefe, Faith, Isaac, Daniel, Jade, Max, Luke and Natalie Bugman; his siblings, Richard Bugman (Kathy) and Beth Ann Moore; and his friend Craig Bateman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
