She was predeceased by : her daughter Jennifer Cataldo. She is survived by : her daughter Carolyn Cataldo (David Trachtenberg); her grandchildren, Katharine Trachtenberg and Ethan Trachtenberg; her parents, William Kuebler and Amelia Kuebler; and her siblings, Dawn Aquilina and William Kuebler.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sally's memory may be made to the John R. Oshei Children's Hospital.
