He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Marie Hromchak; and his brother Joseph Hromchak. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel V. "Sam" Hromchak III (Mercedez) and Felix "Phil" Hromchak (Ruth); his grandchildren, Miranda Sullivan (Brandon), Mikayla, Samuel V. IV (Sophia), Alana and Alexander; and his sisters, Rosemary Bloch (late Alexander) and Patricia Sarles (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
