He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. McDade and Carole McDade. He is survived by: his fiancée Melanie Morse; his stepchildren, Jacob Morse, Elliot Morse and Charlie Morse; his sister Katie; his nieces and nephews, Molly, Allison and Nathan Burd; and his pet Honey.
