She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kowalczyk and Agnes Kowalczyk (Piotrowski); and her sisters, Helen Synakowski, Delores Novak and Linda LeGault.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Chuck), Paul Gubbins (Lynn) and Brian Gubbins (Juliann); her grandchildren, Rachel Grimm, Justin Barnes, Kinsey Barnes, Emily Gubbins, Joshua Gubbins, Kandace Gubbins-Threadway and Brittany Gubbins; her great grandchildren, Amelia Spence and Sera Threadway; and her sisters, Theresa Metzgier, Bernice Gubbins, Judy Gerlach and Cindy David.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1206 Lincoln Ave, Utica, NY 13502).
