She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Elkin and Marjorie Elkin (LaCelle); her sisters, Jean Taplin and Elaine French; and her children, John, James and Katherine.
She is survived by: her husband Milferd; her daughters, Loretta Owens (Ken) and Valerie Potter (Mayo Aswan); and her grandson Jonathon Trump (Adrienne Becker).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Half-Shire Historical Society (1100 County Rte 48, Richland, NY 13144).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Orwell Fire Department in Patricia's memory.
