He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Lardieri and Maria Russo; and his wife Anna Di Sisto (Ninuccia). He is survived by: his sister Maria Carmine Racca of Revere, Massachusetts; his children, Maria Conte (Bruce Haberman) and Carmen; his grandsons, Nicholas Conte Jr. (Jenna) and Aldo Conte; and his great grandchild Luca Conte.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. (14 Emwilton Pl, Ossining, NY 10562). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Augustine's Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
