She is survived by: her children, Maria Pascale (Winter) of Ossining, NY and Ivonne Forgione (Jerry) of West Harrison, NY.; her siblings, Antonio Mastracchio (Maria), Lucia Iuliani (Camillo), Michele Mastracchio and Mario Mastracchio; her grandchildren, Claudia Velardo (Mimmo) of Ossining, NY, Frank Forgione (Sheena) of West Harrison, NY, Nicholas Forgione of West Harrison, NY and Sabrina Forgione of West Harrison, NY; and her great grandchildren, Massimo Velardo, Cara Velardo and Jerry Forgione. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
