She was predeceased by: her parents, John Manca and Anna Kolesik Manca; her husband George Carpenter; and her siblings, Stephen, John, Helen, Mary (Kiselek), Ann (Thompson) and Frances (Kofka).
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Carpenter of Putnam Valley, Kathleen of Hickory, NC, Jane Gentile (Jim) of Shrub Oak, Linda McNamee of Kansas City, MO, Gary Carpenter (Kathy) of Kannapolis, NC and Susan Paciello (Michael) of Wingdale, NY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
