He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanch Sampson and Cecil Bodelson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Tarrytown, N. Y.; his sons, Cecil III of Kansas City and Michael of Orangeburg, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Nichole of Pleasanton, KS and Cecil IV of Kansas City; and his great grandchildren, William Billings Jr., Coralynn Billings and Olivia Bodelson.
