She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Perillo and Jean Perillo (Sperano); her husband John; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her children, Toni Ann Shook and Jean Marie (John De Silva); her brother John Perillo (Marcia); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Kyle Visoky, Michael and Jessica Beaman.
