She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Woolsey and Anna Woolsey; her husband James William Evans; her son William Douglas Evans; and her sister Irene.
She is survived by: her sons, James Arthur Evans of Orlando, FL, Gary Evans of Yorktown Hgts, NY, Kenneth Evans (Georgina) of Patterson, NY and Robert Evans (Susan) of Ossining, NY; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Evans. She is also survived by grandchildren, ten great grandchildren two great great grandchildren.
