We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 91, Frances A. Morgan of Ossining, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Morgan of Washington and Thelma Morgan; her grandparents, Kenny and Lavinia Morgan; her close friend Robert Smith, Sr.; her children, Kenneth Morgan, Robert (Lashone), Judie Nash (Richard) and Barbara Dessesaure (James); her grandchildren, David, Brandon, Robert, Dievie, Monique (Duane), Lanice (Wesley), Kristen, Dawn and Kelly (Merritt); and her close friend Jacqueline Johns. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
