He was predeceased by: his parents, Proceso V. Garcia, Sr. and Susana Caseres; and his wife Dr. Leticia Linsangan Garcia. He is survived by: his daughter Abigail G. Wallace; his son-in-law Kirk Wallace; and his granddaughters, Olivia and Kaya.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. (14 Emwilton Pl, Ossining, NY 10562). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Church (25 Eastern Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
