He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn; and his sister Gina Clarizio. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Kalaminsky (Dave) and Laura Clarizio; his grandchildren, Hudson and Alessa; and his sister Constance Racanelli (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Ottavio's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
