He is survived by: his brother William Schweikert of Northfield, MA; his stepdaughter Alison Craiglow of Brooklyn, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Zoë, Olivia, Zachary and Ajax Hockenberry; his stepdaughter Hilary Craiglow of Nashville, TN; his stepgranddaughter Ava Rudsenske; and his former wife Elizabeth Holland of New York, NY. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
