With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rudolph Vincent Allen of Ossining, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Williford Allen and Peter Allen; his siblings, Rev. George Milton Allen and Evelyn Allen (Lassiter); his spouse Virgin M. Artis (Bitty); and his son Lamont.
