He was predeceased by: his father Philip C. Gioio. He is survived by: his son Angelo Gioio of Verplanck, NY; and his siblings, Carl (Doreen), John (Gina), Gene, James (Brianne), Maureen Gioio, Theresa Molella, Cara Velardo (Claudio), Alicia Santucci (Mauro), Andrea Maselli (Sal), Julie D'Elia (Rob) and Sharon Cicero (Anthony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
