She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus George Copps and Esther Rena Copps (Shortsleeve); her husband Kenneth James Westcott; her daughter Carol Ann Garcia (Westcott); her siblings, Kenneth Copps, Edward Copps and Clara Bickford (Copps Westcott); and her niece Claire Osetek (Westcott).

She is survived by: her sister Esther Rosenfeld (Copps) of Baldwinsville; her son-in-law Ervin Garcia of Glendale; and her cousin Joan Schlegel (Westcott) of Auburn. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and several grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Betty's name to Christ the Good Shepherd.
