She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ruttan and Lulu Ruttan (Noerr); her husband Ted; her son Bruce; and her siblings, Beverly Goewey, William Ruttan, Sr. of Oswego and John Ruttan of Oswego.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Joseph (Rick) of Oswego and Karen Zukovsky (Lee) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Nicole, Andrew (Chelsea), Ryan (Racquel), Elizabeth and Justin (Jackie); and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Evan Gessner, Urijah Ketter, Addison Holliday, Colson and Gunnar Zukovsky.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Ted Todd Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Oswego Town VFD, 640 County Route 20, Oswego.
