She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Tarp" Belson and Laura Belson (Gifford); and her husband Harrison J. Noel Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William Noel Jr. (Catherine) of Phoenix, Jon Noel (Gina) of Phoenix and Kathy Jo Van Gorden (Dennis) of Jordan; and her sister Cynthia Izyk. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (11 W Albany St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
