He is survived by: his sons, Danny (Megan), Robby (Fred) and Jeremy (Samantha); and his sister Christine.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital, which held particular significance to Ed as his preferred charitable organization.
