He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Lisk and Jennie Lisk (Segal); his sister Mary Jane Buske; and his daughter Janice T. Lisk. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dorie" Lisk; his daughter Carol Crist (Bill); his grandchildren, Emily and William; his daughter Jean Buske (Dave); and his grandchildren, David, Brian (Alex), Jonathan (Kendra) and Lindsay (Brian).

Donations in Ed's name may be made to Trinity Catholic School in Oswego and the Oswego County Autism Task Force.
