She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Matott and Mary Matott (Undheim); her husband Donald J. Barry; her son David J. Barry; her siblings, George Matott (Mary Ellen), Jack Matott and Mary Ellen Tesoriero (Ron); and her brother-in-law George Beshures.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle M. Barry of Fayetteville; her siblings, Edward Matott (Kathy) of Oswego and Pat Beshures; her sister-in-law Edith Matott; her daughter-in-law Lisa Barry; her grandchildren, Brian Barry, Michael Barry, Lauren Barry, Nicole Barry and Jacob Barry; her great grandchild Davina; her niece Terri Goodness; her caregivers, Michelle, Elaine, Haley and Bambi; and her close friends, Valerie O'Neil, Deb Rathbun and Deb Regan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (11 W Albany St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Good Shepherd Church (134 E 5th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Food Bank of CNY, or to Hospice of CNY.
