He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Whiting (Max) and Emily Whiting (Fischer); and his sister Lynda Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Holly Whiting (Raymond); his sister Barbara Richmond (Whiting); his children, Frank Whiting (Janis), Lynette Whiting, Katrina Jewell (Daniel) and Stacy Ellis (Adam); his grandchildren, Justice Barlow-Masson (Richard), Charles Allen Jr., Dakota Jewell, Peyton Jewell (Genna), Adelaide Waite (Brace) (JP), Katelynn Jewell, Robert Brace (Cara), Alexis Jewell, Natalia Jewell, Prestyn Jewell, Jaxson Ellis, Abel Ellis and Blake Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Viola, Melody, Iris, Damien, Jonathan, Nova, Levi and Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
