He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Blum and Beryl Blum (LeRoy); and his siblings, Jerry, Bill and Betty Roy.

He is survived by : his brothers, Don Blum and Chuck Blum (Sonnie); his children, Mike Blum (Cheryl), Jack Blum (Lisa), Kate Blum (Mike Reno), Maggie Blum (Joe Barry) and Nykki Neace (Joel); and his grandchildren, Eric, Evan, Audrey, Lindsey, Kristin, Sarah, Scott, Elizabeth, Kyle and Katja. He is also survived by his ten great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Inc. (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126).
