He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Vogel and Hulda Vogel Sr. (Schalow); and his sister Julia Oertel. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wilson; his stepson Jesse O'Day of Oswego; and his sisters, Mary Moncure and Brenda Vogel.
