James Balmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Balmer of Oswego, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Balmer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Balmer and Mary Balmer (Battisti); his grandmother Battisti; his in-laws, Francis "Ned" and Doris McManus; his brother-in-law Robert "Lucky" Lee; and his nephew Garret McManus.
He is survived by: his wife Carol McManus Balmer; his daughter Hannah Marie Balmer; his siblings-in-law, Judy McManus, Nora Lee, Mark McManus (Terry) of Oswego, James McManus (Tammy) of Oswego and Michael McManus (Karen) of Phoenix, AZ.; his cousin Peggy Wilcox (Dennis); and his pet Simon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
